Ocean Village Car Park
Located on Ocean Way in Southampton, Ocean Village Car Park required the replacement of fire doors across all six floors of the structure, with the works carefully managed to ensure the car park remained fully operational throughout.
The project began with preliminary meetings with the client, followed by detailed quotations and budgets to finalise the scope of works. Our team then carried out onsite measurements and ordered all replacement doors from the supplier ahead of installation.
Works were phased carefully across the site to minimise disruption, with the existing fire doors removed and new fire doors installed floor by floor. Installation was completed methodically across all six levels, ensuring the car park remained safe and accessible for users at every stage.
On completion, our team obtained and submitted all fire certification information to the client, confirming the works met the required safety standards, before handing over the finished project.
