Aqua Cooling
Based in Southampton, Aqua Cooling Ltd required a full transformation of its office premises to bring the building up to a modern operational standard. The scope covered partial demolition alongside a complete internal and external refurbishment, delivered from the ground up.
The project began with a series of preliminary meetings, working closely with architects, structural engineers and the client to develop budgets and finalise plans before any works commenced on site. Once agreed, our team carried out a full strip out of the internal office space and external finishes, clearing the way for newly rebuilt ground and first floor offices.
The refurbishment included the installation of new ladies, gents and disabled toilets, two fully fitted kitchens, and a complete overhaul of all building systems — electrical, fire, waste and water. Externally, the building was upgraded with replacement windows, doors and cladding, alongside roof works and ground works to the car park and surrounding areas.
The result was a fully modernised office environment delivered to a high specification, with all works completed and handed over to the client on schedule.
