Junior School
Based in Surrey, this Junior School required a full refurbishment of its Boys, Girls and Disabled toilet facilities following significant water damage, restoring the areas to a safe and modern standard.
The project began with a series of preliminary meetings, working closely with architects and the client to develop budgets and finalise plans before works commenced on site. Our team then carried out a full strip out of the three toilet areas, uncovering the extent of the water damage beneath.
As the existing sub floor had been damaged by the water leaks, a new sub floor was installed throughout, along with new wall finishes, flooring and suspended ceilings to fully refresh the spaces. New ladies, gents and disabled toilets were then fitted, including IPS components, basin units, basins, water heaters, toilets and a fully accessible disabled toilet.
The refurbishment was completed with a full installation of all systems — electrical, fire, waste and water — with all works finished and handed over to the client on schedule.
